
Tim Hargraves - Command and Control Specialist
Tim is a highly experienced Paramedic and Command and Control Specialist with over 25 years of service in the NHS Ambulance Service. For the past 20 years, Tim has worked in operational and tactical command positions, where he has been instrumental in leading teams and coordinating emergency responses during high-stress situations. He was also a member of the Specialist Operational Response Team, trained in mass casualty care, decontamination, and tactics for responding to marauding terrorist attacks.

In his current role as a Regional Operations Manager, Tim is responsible for overseeing effective coordination across mentor's maintaining high standards of patient care. Additionally, Tim is an active member of a local resilience forum, delivering JESIP training to commanders from both the public and voluntary sectors.
Beyond his role in the NHS, Tim is a dedicated volunteer with Leicestershire Search and Rescue as a licensed search technician and medical lead. He also volunteers as a community first responder, where he supports and mentors new responders in his team.

Outside of his professional commitments, Tim enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend and children and exploring new holiday destinations.
